RATES

Our normal rates are £420 (US$630) per week.

Peak Rates are charged at £490 (US$735) per week. Peak dates are marked on the calendar in GREEN , and are as follows:

i) Weeks starting or ending during February/March/April
ii) Weeks commencing 19 December and ending January 10th
iii) 26 June - 11 July

(All rates subject to State tax at 7% and local tax at 5%.
Tax applies to rental only)

Pool heat (recommended October - April ) £90 (US$140) per week

Cleaning fee of US$75 applies to rentals of less than a week.

When available, the monthly rate is 4 weeks for the price of 3
