THE SETTING

After an extensive search, Mike and Sandra decided to buy their holiday home on Thousand Oaks Boulevard because of the area's beautiful natural setting.

The properties on Thousand Oaks have been carefully laid out, so that you can enjoy the space and location without feeling overlooked.

Our villa backs on to a conservation area that is home to many butterflies and birds, and if you keep your eyes peeled you may spot the famous American bald eagle. There are also many Magnificent Oak trees which give the development its name.

Just three minutes walk away from our villa is a stunning lake, which is stocked with bass and where fishing is free! Watching one of the magnificent sunsets over the water will truly be one of the highlights of your holiday.
