LIVING SPACE

Unlike many properties in Florida, our villa on Thousand Oaks Boulevard is not simply a 'buy-to-let'. We actually live in the property for 3 months of the year, and so it truly is a second home with all the comfort and convenience you would expect.

The large living room has a very comfortable sofa that will seat 4 people, and a smaller sofa that will seat a further 2. There is a cable TV complete with DVD player and internet access.

The kitchen is just off the living room, and has everything you need no matter how long your stay. There is an American double-sized fridge-freezer with ice-maker, a large cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal, pantry and several cupboards.

We also supply plenty of crockery and cutlery, along with plastic cups and plates should you wish to eat by the pool.

You will find both a washing machine and tumble drier in our large garage, which is accessed from the dining area. The garage also doubles as a 'rec room', complete with pool table, air-hockey, table football, table tennis and an electronic dart board.
