THE LOCATION

Thousand Oaks Boulevard is located in Davenport, which is only a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.

The villa is located just 5 minues away from Junction 58 of the I-4 Highway which will take you to the Disney Theme Parks¹ in around 10 minutes, as well as Universal Studios², Sea World³, Wet 'n' Wild⁴ and the shops and restaurants of International Drive⁵.

The I-4 also gives easy access to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches in the west, and the Kennedy Space Centre⁶ and Daytona Beach⁷ in the east.

If it's a bit of rest and relaxation you're after, Thousand Oaks is close to Route 27 which will give you access to the Florida 'Lake District' around Mount Dora⁸ and Tavares in the north, Sanibel⁹ and Captiva Islands^A in the south-east and the Everglades^B in the south.

Right next to Junction 58 is the luxurious Champions Gate^C resort, which boasts two international golf courses designed by Greg Norman. Here you will find a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and other shops.
